Forehead Augmentation & Rhinoplasty Double Implant Ear Cartilage
Hi there lovely friends and readers, I’m Apple and I would like to invite you all to spare a little time to read my short story about my experience in doing rhinoplasty and forehead augmentation with Dr. Chanchai and Dr. Kolawach at DRK.
The reason that I did plastic surgery (Forehead augmentation and Rhinoplasty) is because my career calls me for it. I am working as an Emcee and shoots in media, therefore my physical appearance is very important, as I have to appear beautiful on TV all the time.
Evidently, in aesthetic industry having a Korean look for Asians are very rampant.
Everybody earns to have the same kind of look. The Vshape facial structure, Barbie nose, big eyes, kissable lips, plumy slim cheeks, and they have this theory of what is the accurate measurement of a balance face. Then I got very curious with these things and thought I should get a consultation to know what I should need to do to achieve Korean look.
I have a celebrity friend who did plastic surgery at DRK with Dr. Kolawach and she’s now popular after she gained the look that she wanted and gave her the confidence in acting and shooting. I asked her to recommend me her doctor to check my condition and what look should fit on me.
I looked on DRK’s website and it amused me on how expert their surgeons are, and the reviews from the patients are impressive by how it naturally changed their look with a very light recovery, it is just perfect for my kind of work because if I wanna do some surgery it should be a quick recovery because I can’t be out for a long time for my work needs me.
As I already have a consultation appointment for next week, and I ask around from my friends which they think I need to enhance to get a better look. Aside from I really wanted to change my nose, I really don’t know what could make me get that balance look like Koreans.
So when I talked to Dr. Kolawach and Dr. Chanchai, the consultation goes that I to get the balance look of facial features, I need to get a forehead augmentation. I had a CTScan and had that actual 4D model of my facial bone structure. After my second visit, we had that 4D simulation to have an expected visual of my result. The 4D simulation innovation was very amazing, it gave me a better understanding about the ideal shape of forehead augmentation that will suit best for my facial shape. Doctors and I agree about the volume of silicone implant to be inserted, and now all we have to wait is for the real operation.
Since I’m having a Forehead augmentation surgery which is a major operation, I need to do it in the hospital, together with my rhinoplasty. So I will have Forehead augmentation and rhinoplasty at Samitivej Hospital that is also an affiliated hospital of DRK. It is JCI accredited so it is very safe.
For my rhinoplasty, I talked to doctor that I want the tip to be soft and will look more natural, so doctor advised me to do the rhinoplasty double implant with ear cartilage. I like the idea that my own ear cartilage will define my nose tip. I am confident that with double implant ear cartilage will give more natural feeling for my nose.

I feel lucky for having a very relax and comfortable recovery here at Samitivej hospital. Also my doctors have already visited me and checked my condition. I am relieved by the advice and comfort they gave me. You can see that I have bandages all over my head, it’s for the ear cartilage implant to reduce swelling. And also you can see that I have no bruises on the forehead and nose area. My doctors really have expert gentle hands.

I went to DRK clinic today to get my plasters on the nose removed. Now I can see the enhancement on my nose. Amazingly, I have no bruises, and no pain, I can still go out to a coffee shop and enjoy the fresh air.

My second follow up check to see my stitches and if there’s any signs of infection. Great to know that I am perfectly fine and everything is well. I am so happy with the result now, I can see more clearly the shape of my forehead and nose as the swelling subsides.

One month after my Forehead Augmentation and Rhinoplasty double implant ear cartilage with Dr. Kolawach and Dr. Chanchai. I had a photoshoot for a Thailand magazine, it was excellent shoot. My manager and the publishers love my new look! They are going to give me more projects!

It is more than what I expected to be. I feel more confident about myself now. DRK surgeons really are the top surgeons in Thailand.

I discover different way of strengthening my confidence, if you can do it proceed. Don’t be afraid of what people will think of you. And once you decide to something, take time to search for the best doctor to do it for you and make sure you know what you want and decided to change it. Trust you doctor and trust yourself.
