From crooked to perfect nose line, Revision Rhinoplasty by Dr. Kolawach
Hello friends, I would like to share my experience in having Revision Rhinoplasty at DRK with Dr. Kolawach. I hope my experience could help you with your plan in doing plastic surgery in the future and gives you a better understanding of your situation as relate to me.
To start with, I already did my nose lift from other clinic. Unfortunately, I am not satisfied with the result. At the first month, I went back to that clinic to have a follow up with the doctor because I felt that my nose is not perfectly matched with the shape of my face. I was advised to wait for more months, but then it has been over few years and still the shape is terrible.
It felt so awry and diffident about how I looked with my nose. I want it get removed, but if I get it removed, I will go back to my original nose which is also I don’t like. So I want to redo it. I look around for good doctor to do for me.
As I search through the internet, there are two top clinics that I saw, and one of those is DRK. I have consultation with the other clinic, but the explanation of the doctor scared me. And it was very cheap, making it looked more scarier and very unsafe. And then I tried DRK, I chose Dr. Kolawach to do my REVISION rhinoplasty because I know in my heart that he is the best surgeon to do it. After talking to him, he explained the shape of the silicon that will best match the contour of my face. And I fully understood all about my outcome and procedure. With that being said, I am confident to do the surgery again. Knowing that Dr. Kolawach is very busy, I have to wait for one month to get a surgery but I am totally fine with it because waiting is better than doing it again in the future.

The previous silicon was deviated and making the tip of the other side collapsing. Also the nose bridge with looks unbalance because the silicon is going to the left side. So my REVISION rhinoplasty operation is not just for beautification purposes but also to correct the mistake that my previous doctor have done to me.

You can look at the difference and how the shape of the customized silicon change the entire look of my nose. This is only less than a month comparison. I still have to wait until the silicone implant and my tissue will completely united with each other.
Right after my REVISION rhinoplasty with my super nice and marvelous doctor, Dr. Kolawach. My operation went very well, more than what I expected it to be. Compared to my previous rhinoplasty procedure, it was very uncomfortable and I felt very nervous and unease. But with Dr. Kolawach, he made sure that all my vital signs are in normal level, and he keeps on checking up on me if I’m still doing ok, which really gave me the best operation there could be.
Dr. Kolawach’s hands are gentle and very smooth. I can really sense the expert in how he moves his hands and take care of the patient as well. Not all surgeons can do that. After the operation, I rested at the recovery area for awhile. I didn’t feel any pain as of now, the medical team gave me a medicines and instructed me what to do and what not to do at home. They were very nice and assistive to me.
This is my second day after I had Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Kolawach at DRK. There’s nothing much to see because of the plasters but I can’t wait to go back there for my follow up. I’m overwhelmed to see that I have no bruises and very minimal swelling. This is really way much better than my operation before.

The plaster is gone and I am happy to see my newly customized nose. Though it’s still swollen, but the important this is it doesn’t look scary. No bruises and no painful. I go back to my daily conventional undertaking… Life is normal again. I just have to wait until the swollen completely subsides and see the end result of my revision rhinoplasty.
So this is one week after my Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Kolawach at DRK. I am so happy to see my new nose looking so great after a week. The swelling subsided gradually and I can somehow see the shape of the customized silicon. Though I still need to wait for more weeks to finally see its end result, but now I am utterly confident that I did the right decision for having my revision rhinoplasty at DRK.
This is 2 weeks after my Revision Rhinoplasty with Dr. Kolawach at DRK. I really like the result of my nose. Compared to my previous one, now is balance and not deviated. The nose bridge is well shaped and the height is perfectly molded for my type of face.
I would like to thank Dr. Kolawach for creating such change in my appearance in the best way possible. From the consultation to my recovery, he took care of me. I have my confidence to myself now which is very important, because confidence makes you happy.
